The location is excellent, very close to the city centre, shops, bars and restaurants. The host is very welcoming and explained us all details. The property is very well-equipped with all necessary. The cleanliness is impeccable which is hard to meet nowadays. The balcony is also very spacious.

The owner welcomed us very nicely. It was one of the best accomadition I've ever stayed, everything was new and clean as expected a 5 stars hotel. Fabulous studio in the heart of Xanthi, within walking distance to just about everything!

The studio was better than advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Furnishings new and fresh, nice kitchenette. Big balcony. Parking for our vehicle behind the apartment building. Within walking distance to just about everything, including Old Town, the central square, dining and shopping. Will definitely stay here again!

A very modern appartment, close to the center. All facilities high quality, great attention to the details.

Ideal for 2 people, a bit small for 4. If you open the sofa bed the room is loosing the feeling of being spacious. But even then it is a very nice studio.

Perhaps this is the best studio I've stayed in during my traveling experience

The host provided a quality coffee machine with excellent espresso coffee and water bottles, which was very comfortable to find on arrival after travel. The studio enjoys a well-thought style with a colour scheme with all facilities one can think of, including a nice balcony to sit and relax. The location is perfect, only five minutes walk from the main downtown square. The host meeting on arrival was warm and most welcoming.

We really didn't expect that everything is perfect. Location: very close to the city center and old town. Nevertheless, this apartment is well isolated from the street noise, so the sleep is very comfortable. Cleanless: apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything what you need for comfort stay. Looks like appartment is freshly rennovated and good enough for four people. Hospltality: the hostess is very friendly and ready to help if you need any advice or assisstance. Tips: if you travel with car and you need a parking- they have private parking place inside of the yard. The best way to reach it- bring your car in the corner of Miaouli and Leonidou streets, then you can reach inner yard easly. Othervise, to reach the parking from Termopelon street will be dufficult. We satisfied completely with our stay in Xanty in this good apartment, next trip we will choose this location again.
