Excellent

The host was excellent at communication and helpful with everything. The room was very clean. The decoration was very well done, and everything needed was there (coffee makers, kitchenware, textiles, hairdryer, etc.). Heating is central heating with a thermostat. The heating was very good; you never feel cold. There's an elevator up to the 3rd floor, then you climb stairs to 4th floor. Best of all, shoes aren't allowed in the room, which is even more hygienic. You feel right at home. Having parking is another advantage. The old town is a 10-15 minute walk away. Everything was great. If we come back, we would definitely choose this place again.

Ganz normales Apartment.

Küche ist nicht voll ausgestattet. Das Geschirrset und Besteckset war nicht vollständig, kein Brett zum schneiden, kein kleiner topf zum Eier kochen. Sieb für Obst und Gemüse waschen fehlt usw. Apartment liegt im vierten Stock, Aufzug geht nur bis zu. 3. Stock. Im Hausflur war ein Gestank, der bis in die Wohnung zog. Keine Fußmatte für den Badezimmer Boden, Duschvorhang reicht nicht aus, da Wasser rausläuft beim duschen. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer ist sehr laut auch, wenn sie nicht an ist, hört man die Luft durchziehen. Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist zu klein für ein Erwachsenen. Die Jalousie ging im Schlafzimmer nach dem 2 ten Tag nicht mehr runter. Die Tauben haben den ganzen Balkon dreckig gemacht und waren am Flattern obwohl überall diese Taubenabschrecker Nadeln angebracht waren, haben sie dennoch einen Platz gefunden. Hauseingang ist Videoüberwacht, sollte irgendwo in der Anzeige mal erwähnt werden.

Κάποιες ασήμαντες λεπτομεριες,όπως μια δυσκολία στην είσοδο μέσα στο κτηριο(δίπλα δίπλα πόρτα ανσασερ και εισόδου και ότι για να πας στο διαμέρισμα ανεβενεις 10 ανετα σκαλιά.)κατά τ'αλλα όλα ωραία!

Κοντά στην παλαιά πόλη, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, με ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε νεόδμητη πολυκατοικία και οι φωτογραφίες είναι ακριβείς. Διαθέτει αυτόνομη θέρμανση (πράγμα πολύ χρήσιμο για τους χειμερινούς επισκέπτες). Για το πρωινό διατίθενται τοστιέρα, μηχανή espresso με κάποιες κάψουλες και καφετιέρα φίλτρου. Προσφέρεται ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης, αλλά και στα γύρω στενά η στάθμευση είναι εύκολη. Ο νεαρός οικοδεσπότης πρόθυμος να μας κατατοπίσει. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη. Η παλαιά πόλη είναι γύρω στα 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

Αφαιρώ 2 βαθμούς για τους εξής τρεις λόγους: (1) Έντονη μυρωδιά από τον καυστήρα πετρελαίου: στο σαλόνι τουλάχιστον που κοιμόμουν εγώ μου φάνηκε πολύ έντονη η μυρωδιά καυσαερίων/αναθυμιάσεων πετρελαίου από τον καυστήρα της πολυκατοικίας, σε σημείο που να αφήνω το παράθυρο στην ανάκλιση (μέσα στο καταχείμωνο) για να αερίζεται ο χώρος (2) Δεν υπήρχε κουρτίνα ή καμπίνα στο ντους για να μην πέφτουν έξω τα νερά (3) Δεν είχε δοθεί η δέουσα προσοχή στον καθαρισμό της καφετιέρας φίλτρου Και κάτι τελευταίο που δεν αφορά το κατάλυμα: υπάρχουν πολλά αδέσποτα σκυλιά στην πόλη (και κατ' επέκταση και στη γειτονιά του καταλύματος) και παρότι δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κάποιο πρόβλημα όσο μείναμε, ήταν κάτι που με προβλημάτιζε κάθε φορά που περπατούσαμε (ειδικά βράδυ) προς/από την παλαιά πόλη.

Τα έπιπλα καινούργια με ωραίο φωτισμό .Πολύ καθαρό .Ήσυχη γειτονιά .Ολα λειτουργούσαν άψογα .Πολυ κοντά στα πανεπιστήμια Κιμμερίων

Με τα πόδια είναι 15 -20 λεπτά από το κέντρο .
