Great location, reasonable price, parking space in front of the house - great place for great value

The owner was very responsive - he kept a hot line with us during all our stay to ensure all is ok. We were able to park just in front of the house, which was great. All was fantastic, so I would recommend the place by heart.

The shower space in the bathroom was very very small especially for tall/big people like we are. However, tiny bathroom space for short stay was absolutely ok, so we are keeping the very positive feeling for the place.

communicative host, easy individual check-in with the key lock, clean and authentic flat with a comfortable bad. location in the middle of the old town, still silent although located in the middle of the old town, just a short walk away from loud bars.

The house was very cold and really noisy. Wouldn't recommend it for the Winter. Maybe spring.

The location of the apartment is amazing and the view from the living room is great. Internet is very fast and the apartment is well equipped.

The bathroom is very small and in order to get there, you need to pass through a room that doesn't have walls but big glass windows, leaving you very exposed. The kitchen needs a proper pan and we didn't find any napkins or paper towels. The church is very close so you might wake up from the morning bells.

This is an amazing apartment, spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities and right in the heart of the old town of Xanthi. Nikos, the host is always available and accommodating and his grandmother is an absolute legend! I couldn’t recommend this guesthouse strongly enough!

It is a beautiful, clean and well equipped apartment at the heart of the amazing old city of Xanthi. Excellent coffee shops, restaurants, bars and points of interest are located within walking distance.

The bathroom was tiny and thus rather uncomfortable.

The location was phenomenal and the apartment was well equipped. The host was amazing and responsive.

The bedroom was a little cold, even though a space heater was provided. The toasty blankets more than made up for it.

Beautiful apartment at the center of Xanthi's Old Town. Very close to the best restaurants...shops and sites of Xanthi. The house was spacious (we are a couple)...full equipped with a lot of light and nice view from the small balcony. We definitely gonna visit again!
