Excellent location and helpful host

Loved the location, it was excellent and safe while in the centre of everything. Host was amazingly helpful and let us use his washing machine as we were there over 2 weeks.

While it is probably heritage listed could definitely be renovated inside. No microwave, toilet down extremely steep stairs, going up stairs can feel the stairs shaking. Some basic renovations would be perfect.

The location of the bathroom meant that there was temperature difference from the rest of the house.

Passable

It's close to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Large beds.

Extremely noisy due to been close to bars. There are commercial bins around the house so you keep waking up due to bars throwing empty glass bottles which makes loud noise in the middle of the night and than the bin collection makes another big noise in the very early morning. There isn't an air conditioner in the property due to its being an old house so you have to use a fan instead. Be careful with the stairs as it is very old and not solid. Only one toilet which is right at the bottom of the property where you need to go down a steep stairs which was difficult for kids. Nearest parking is 200 meters away but be careful as you have to drive extremely narrow place because bars and restaurants occupied the road with their tables and chairs also a lots of drunken people who just stare at you when you try to drive extremely slowly in between them. If you drive to this property than only commute in the morning before noon as it's gets busy and extremely difficult to drive out.

Great place - we really enjoyed our stay!

Location was fantastic- right in the Old Town. The apartment was really spacious. Great for a family of 4. The kids even got their own room. We really appreciated the free coffee and overall Niko was a great host. We found parking just outside the flat.

Tall people must watch their heads in some of the doorways. 😅

Cute old apartment in the old town, renovated to reach a comfortable level of living

Great location in the old town. You totally get the feeling of staying in an old town residence. Many rooms allow for flexibility.

The house is very old but the owners have done a great job to make it comfortable (many power outlets, renovated kitchen and bathroom, hangers everywhere)

Πιο κεντρικά στη παλιά πόλη δεν μπορείς να βρεις ! Όλα τα μαγαζιά στα δέκα μέτρα! Δεν χρειάζεσαι μετακίνηση με το αυτοκίνητο κ το πάρκινγκ στα 200m ! Στα συν ότι είσαι μέσα στο κέντρο κ δίπλα στα μαγαζιά δεν έχει φασαρία καθόλου !

Oturma alani 1. Katta mutfak zemin katta. Evin icinde cok fazla merdiven var. Cok kullanisli bir plani yoktu. Tavanlari cok alcakti. Kesinlikle koklu bir tamirata ihtiyaci var.

Εξαιρετικά κεντρική τοποθεσία, μαθαίνεις να ζεις σε ένα σπίτι προηγούμενης εποχής, προσωπικά με ζόρισε λίγο η μοναδικη τουαλέτα που ήταν σε άλλο όροφο με δέκα απότομα στενά σκαλοπάτια προς το υπόγειο λίγο ζόρικο να τα κατέβεις σε ένα άτομο κάποιας ηλικίας. Αυτό που μας ξένισε ήταν οτι οι φωτογραφίες που έχουν αναρτηθεί δίνουν μια διαφορετική εικόνα των χώρων, με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε την αίσθηση, την πρώτη φορά που μπήκαμε, οτι είμαστε σε άλλο κατάλυμά από αυτό που κλείσαμε.
