This attic has recently been newly furnished and has a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped red kitchen, a spacious double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Among the amenities and services provided in the apartment we find air conditioning, heating, washing machine, hairdryer, television, sheets and towels.
In addition to this apartment, we manage two more apartments in the same building that can be booked together to accommodate larger groups.

The apartment is located on a turn-off of Lista di Spagna, the animated road full of shops, only 10 minutes away from Piazzale Roma and near the Santa Lucia railway station. The apartment is only a few metres away from the water bus stop, which allows you to reach the centre of Venice passing through the Grand Canal.
