Centrale Mazzoni Apartments R&R

Location was convenient and quiet, just a few mins away from the train station and from the main street. The apartment was very clean and spacious, exactly as advertised, perfect for us 4. Having a good washing machine has been such a savior. The terrace was great (although we didn't get to use much of it due to the heatwave), especially for the laundry.

Not exactly something I don't like, but be mindful if you have quite a lot of luggage (which we did). There's actually a little bridge before reaching the apartment building, so dragging the luggage was a little challenging. Also, there was one AC in the hallway, but not inside the 2 bedrooms, so we had to open the bedroom doors to ensure cool air coming in - might be a small concern for privacy.

The apartment is very modern, spacious, well equipped and has lots of storage space. The location is very good, quiet but close to noisy streets at the same time. It is also very close to the train and bus station and to the restaurants. Beds was very comfy. There's a very nice bathroom with a super cool shower. The sofa bed is a bit funny as it seems to be used a lot, so it is not fully flat anymore. But that's something we should count on when choosing to sleep on a sofa. We still had a very good sleep there! It's good looking and feels quite fancy. I would for sure recommend it. Alessandra was very welcoming, communicative and nice.

I think we were unfortunate with the cleaning situation. I believe this is not how it normally goes and for sure it can happen from time to time. However it seemed like the cleaning was done last minute and it wasn't done properly. Some of the basics of the apartment weren't cleaned at all. We would also appreciate it if the heating was working (maybe we just didn't figure out how to use it, but we also followed the steps in the guidebook) as we stayed there during the colder days.

Everything!!! Kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Location is perfect!

Key kept jamming in the door and found it rally hard to open which was stressful Had to wait outside late for person to show up to let us in on first night. Also they didn’t make up couch bed and refused to do so when asked in advance
