A good new building, the studio is rather spacious what is rare for Venice. The apartment is new and have everything needed.
The location is great -5 minutes walk from the St Lucia station and the discrict is quiet and cosy!
Administrators are all very helpful and positive.
The ventilation is very strong and noisy and blows directly into the head. I had to climb in and cover it with a towel.
There were no paper towels, had to buy some.

The location was great. Right next to the railway station and the vaporetto jetty. The room was super clean. The bed was a sofacumbed but it was quite comfortable. A great place to stay.
The door of the building was very difficult to open. Once a resident came down from her flat and once the janitor helped. Getting stuck outside was a very real possibility. No convenient charging point.Had to unplug something on the kitchen counter to charge my phone.
