Great location living inside the city of Venice itself. Conveniently on the ground floor in a beautiful building. But even more importantly, Rosanna and Francesca were a great resource for every question I had even regarding transportation. As a solo female traveler coming to Venice for the first time, they were patient with me and even allowed me to store my bags and check-in early because my ferry arrived earlier than check-in time. This allowed me to maximize my stay in Venice. Also very easy check-in and out processes. Having a washing machine, microwave, and fully-equipped kitchen was so helpful and allowed me to pack lighter and save money! I will be recommending their property to other friends n family in the US.

I never did find the remote control for the A/C. Be sure to bring Euros for the city tax and access fees of Venice.

The property was perfect and spacious for our family of 4. The location of the property was within walking distance to every area we wanted to visit within Venice, very quiet, and lots of locals present. There was a bakery, grocery store, and local bacari’s within feet of the apartment. Anytime there was a question our host was very helpful and quick to respond.

When we first arrived shower was leaking through the bottom and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We notified the host and it was promptly addressed the following morning.

Nice location, big apartment, nice patio.

1. The mattress on the master bed was so bad, that was impossible for us to sleep there! There are two more beds though, with much better mattresses, so, we slept there. 2. The TV was not working at all, but the worst thing was the lies about streaming and cd player or DVD player because there was nothing there and even though we complained, nothing happened. Also, the pics shown a totally different TV, much bigger than the original one. 3.Τhere was a lot of dust almost everywhere in the living room and the floor in the apartment was not recommended to step without shoes. 4. The electric radiator in the bathroom was off, so the towels could not dry so they were smelling bad the 3rd day!!! We informed the woman who came to assist us (she was very kind) but she told us there was nothing she could do, because it was still on summer mode and she could not turn in on for us (!!) 5. There was no electrical kettle in the kitchen (you can see one in the pics, but no, there was not there), so we complained and 2 days later (!) they bought us one for but it was for gas use only (!). 5. It is a very dark apartment with no windows at all (except of the patio shown in the pics, that only one of the doors could open). The lights where not enough in my opinion, in order to make a cozy atmosphere. Plus, a lamb was not working and even though we complained, they did nothing for it. 6. The furniture were not located as shown at the pictures. 7. We paid 650€ for 4 days plus 32€ for city taxes and we expected the managers to respect that by at list apologize for all the inconvenience, but they did not.
