Palazzina RIVA

Location, rooftop terrace

Constantly bumping heads on low beams, limited kitchen appliances, towels supplied were undersized

We absolutely loved our stay at Palazzina RIVA. The property is beautiful, modern, extremely clean, and has so much character. Our room was comfortable and the view was incredible, which made waking up in Venice feel even more special. The location was also fantastic and made it very easy to explore the city. What really stood out, though, was how welcoming and helpful the staff were throughout our stay. Everyone made us feel genuinely taken care of. It was one of those hotels that actually adds to the experience of visiting Venice rather than simply being a place to sleep.

N/A

Located few minutes walk from the train station, has the local pubic water bus stop directly out front so convenient for day trip to Murano or Burano, or to explore but you can walk many places close for food or snacks. Property is lovely, easy to access, clean and bed is very comfortable, right on the grand canal at your window. We also chose to use porter service for our luggage they are located right out front of the station and it was worth a 20 euro if you have lots of luggage Lamine took our luggage over and came back to get us when we left. Would stay again this was worth the money

We were given a code to enter the property if reception was closed. We loved the location as it was close, but not too close, to the railway station which made it easier with luggage for us. The apartment was modern and clean and right on the main canal with a water taxi stop close by. The location for us was perfect.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Whilst the location for us was perfect, it was quite a distance from the main square of San Marco which may be a problem for some.
