Well laid out and great location. Watching the Grand Canal activities from the deck over an espresso or wine.
Beds are very firm making them uncomfortable for some guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Venice. The location was perfect—close to everything and made exploring the city incredibly easy. We also loved that it was located right across from a boat stop and just a 10-minute walk from the train, which made getting around so convenient.
The apartment itself was luxurious, modern, and spacious. It was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and had a warm, inviting feel that made it easy to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The complimentary beverages were a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel even more special.
What really stood out was the host’s attentiveness. They were responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond by recommending great restaurants and attractions, which truly enhanced our experience.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice!

location perfect: close enough to train, off the tourist street, on the canal, boat station in front. Beautifully remodeled and gorgeous lobby and stairs, clean, everything we needed stocked inside. Perfect in every way, would reserve again in a heartbeat!
