Fabulous location, spotlessly clean

Lack of lift. I appreciate it’s an old building but we also arrived around 8.30pm in the evening and had to carry our cases, heavy due to travelling and cruising, up many flights of stairs with no staff assistance due to timing. Also very low ceilings in apartment 10 and totally exposed shower in bedroom which meant everyone had to wait outside room whilst each person showered in privacy.

It’s called palazzina and surely it is like that. The room is spacious, clean, filled with wine, beer, soft drinks and water. Very considerate of the hotel in the heat of Venice. Especially worth mentioning is its proximity to the water bus station, line 1 and 52. Do not walk to the train station to take water bus because you may end up waiting longer with the crowds. Here there are always few passengers waiting and you have guarantee to board. The staffs are courteous and helpful with lifting heavy luggages up and down the stairs.

It’s Venice so the mosquitos are unavoidable, even in a spotless hotel.

Loved the location, loved the hosts. Very warm and helpful. Would go stay there again. The interiors are extremely amazing, loved the speaker system in the washroom

We had some problem entering, checkin was a little difficult and then we were locked out one night for 20 mins as the code stopped working, however they opened the door for us within 20 mins and fixed this issue in the morning.

The room is newly renovated and super comfortable beds. Had a great feel to the room as it was super spacious. Loved the location, just outside to the ferry taxi and easy walking distance to the train station. They have a person at check in all day so easy to check in and a great resource for local tips and support when required. It’s and easy 15 min walk to St Marks square great that it’s not in the heart of all the tourists. Super quiet as well at night. Would highly recommend for anyone to stay here.
