About this apartment rental

Residence composed of three distinct apartments located in the Historic Centre of Venice, 10 minutes walking from the Rialto Bridge and 15 from St. Mark's Square. Each apartment has a complete kitchen, living room with sofa bed and dining room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom for a total of 12 sleeping places. Upon request 6 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 18 people. Residence with high-level modern finishes. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival)(ID: IT027042B4KJXF6QCA, IT027042B4MFRRZ2JT, IT027042B4AIOF7SK6).

I have planned a vacation for my large extended family every summer for many years and this was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in! It met every need we had from young to old. Fantastic amenities and location. Impeccably clean. Comfortable beds. Very safe. Great host. Highly recommend for your stay in Venice.

Wonderful clean apartment near water bus stop. Comfortable stay for a family of 10 with plenty of cute restaurants and bars near by. We would definitely come back for another stay!The service was wonderful and always responsive. They helped us book a water taxi to the airport for an early departure.
