넓고 쾌적하고 청결한객실과 직원의 친절한 응대가 너무좋았습니다.베니스를 자주 다녀도 아파트를 처음이용했는데 이젠 아파트를 이용할것 같습니다.
계단이 힘들었네요~~^

Position and quietness. Also spacious and had a lot of conveniences.
Kitchen only had one electric outlet so could not use the toaster and the coffee machine at the same time. Seems like a design fault

The location was ideal! So close to everything! Very roomy, she was nice as to leave us coffee, bath gel, etc. Alberta was super helpful with recommendation as to transport from airport and to a private bus to drive us to the Ravenna cruise port. She was available immediately every time I needed a recommendation and everyone she recommeded was excellent! I will definitely be staying with her in future as this is our 3rd time in Venice and we love it!
The beds could have been just a tad more comfortable, but they were okay.
