La posizione è il.punto di forza della struttura inoltre gli infissi delle finestre sono ottimi non si sente nulla, nessun vociare della vicinissima piazza San Marco.
L'appartamento ha un arredamento un pò kitsch, ma non è rilevante. Tuttavia andrebbe data una rinfrescata a pareti e soffitto che sono deteriorati in alcune stanze, cambiato il.piatto doccia che è rovinato, Aggiungere dei profumatori ambientali perché si sente sempre un cattivo odore. Inoltre andrebbero aggiunti dei piani d'appoggio nella stanzetta con i letti singoli dove mancano completamente e non si sa dove appoggiare anche il cellulare. Diciamo che dalle foto su booking l'appartamento sembrava decisamente meglio di come è in realtà, tuttavia è ampio e funzionale.
