Extrêmement bien situé, à deux pas de la place saint Marc mais au bout d’une ruelle en retrait donc très au calme, personnel eu au téléphone très réactif et très sympa, appartement propre et fonctionnel bref très agréable
Deux améliorations seraient un gros plus
- la porte d’entrée est une porte vitrée type séparation de pièce et épaisse comme du papier à cigarette, ce qui n’est pas très rassurant
- certaines prises électriques datent d’un autre âge et mériteraient d’être changées

サンマルコ広場に近いことが最大の利点です。このタイプの建物の場合エレベーターがないのでスーツケースを階段で3階まで持ち上げる必要があります。一方でエアコンがついているのは良かったです。
使用済みのコーヒーメーカーが放置され、フィルターがカビていた。キッチンに洗剤が無かったので自分で買いました。調味料は塩のみだった。できれば、オリーブオイル、バルサミコ酢、コショウくらいはあるとありがたい。IHコンロがあり、料理は問題なくできましたが電子レンジも欲しいところです。バスルームの壁のタイルがはがれていた。壁付きのシャンプーが外れていて、床に置くしかなかった。部屋のドアが半分ガラスなのが心配でした。ダイニングチェアーが硬くて座りづらかった。しかし、これらが改善されれば素晴らしぃアパートになると思うし、次回も利用します。
