La localisation au centre de Venise, au bord d’un petit canal, avec un marché sur la place juste à côté pour les fruits et légumes et un supermarché à 50m avec un rayon traiteur très pratique! La taille de l’appartement, le confort des chambres, la cuisine bien équipée
Le canapé lit du salon qui a bien vécu et vraiment pas confortable. Ok pour faire dormir un enfant (ce qui était notre cas) mais probable nuit compliquée si 2 adultes. Le bateau poubelle sous les fenêtres tous les matins de 6h à 9 h. Nous le savions car il est mentionné dans d’autres commentaires mais pensions qu’il faisait un passage. En fait il reste 3h sous les fenêtres de l’appartement pour que le quartier puisse venir y déposer ses poubelles. Les manœuvres quand il s’agit d’un chariot sont assez bruyantes et les fenêtres très fine! Ceci dit les enfants ont adoré regarder le bateau poubelle!

Loved this rental! Great location, beautiful interior, all the necessary amenities (even a dryer, which is extremely rare in Europe). Communication from owner was great. Rental was significantly larger than anticipated. There are instructions for handling waste. Appreciated the extra pillows and blankets!!! Absolutely no complaints!
