Location was excellent! Couldn't ask for more in terms of proximity to all the major sites in Venice.
Elisa was informative, communicative, and accessible whenever we reached out to her. Beds were comfortable, there is A/C and kitchen.
You need to bring your own soap and shampoo, and there was no Scotch Bright to clean the dishes. The washing machine was broken so we couldn't use it. Other than that it was very convenient and I highly recommend.
