Hotel Liassidi Palace

The location was great. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. The room was clean and spacious.

I think my room looked like the photos at all. It was very plain. The bathroom was really nice but the shower on the side wall was a bit weird. There was not water in the room.

Hotel was charming, clean, spacious and over looking the canal. Hubby & I stayed for 2 nights after I fractured my ankle at another accommodation in Venice earlier in the day and had to check-out. This location was a water taxi ride away from the hospital. As soon as we stepped into the hotel we felt very welcomed. They were very helpful I was using crutches. The receptionist found us a room close to the elevator. They also provided me with an ice bag as for my swollen foot. The concierge gave us a table with minimum walking when we went for breakfast. They had a plastic chair that I could use in the shower but last but not least a complimentary 1 hour stay after check out time. We were so pleased with the extraordinary service of the staff and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The location, it had a safe, it was very clean, the shower was very nice and had a full door and not just a half wall, it had a little fridge and space to store your clothes with hangers. The staff were wonderful and super friendly.

Air conditioning didnt work and actually heated the room instead of cooling it (I googled the control panel as well as trying the cooling and heating options and neither worked). Luckily it was cool enough to open the windows to sleep comfortably but there was a decent amount of street noise as well so it was sub-optimal.
