Location, spacious, clean.

It was located on 6th floor with no elevator. Made it really challenging for my parents to go up every day.

Location was amazing!! The host was incredible, great directions on how to get to the apartment, super quick response, very very helpful! Loved the terrace, spacious apartment, 5 of us stayed at was more than enough space. Bathroom was great, lots of hot water for us all.

Couple of items missing from list of facilities which was a little frustrating, loads of stairs to walk up, but not the hosts fault at all just to be mindful it’s about 6 flights up (but worth it). An extra pillow would have been great, also the heating was on during the night making the apartment very hot, we were able to change this the next day though. The church bells are super loud too! Again just to be aware of but we did get used to it.

Les oreillers mériteraient d être changés, le literie en dehors de la chambre principale, est moyenne.il manque sur la mezzanine une petite table de chevet avec une lampe de chevet

The location was fabulous, steps away from St Mark's Square. However, when we arrived there were no keys in keybox. We were tired and had climbed a lot of steps up a narrow spiral staircase with our bags. We contacted the host, who came and let us in within about half an hour, so not too bad.

This apartment has the potential to be really excellent. The location is fantastic, but there are 110 steps up to it. There is no lift, so you have to be reasonably fit and you carry suitcases and any groceries up and down. The internal pictures do not show that the apartment furniture/kitchen/bathroom are very tired. The bath is particularly old, chipped with a rusting plug hole. (Wish I had taken a picture!)The electrics are poor too (OK, it is an old property). There is a note left saying not to have more than two electric items on at once. The lights tripped three times while we were there. We were only using the kettle and the grill (for toast). There was no light in the dining area, so we could not use that in the evening. We messaged the host, but no reply. The apartment is three bedrooms, two double and a single. However, the double on the mezzanine was just a mattress on the floor - there was no bed frame. Not very comfortable! I am sorry to say it but the pillows were very stained (I put a towel over mine) - they definitely need replacing! We stayed 3 nights, (my husband and I, adult son and daughter. A bit disappointing for £800.
