The common space was a little small for the 6 of us to hang out in.

Good size apartment and great location
Issue with the Aircon in the living area in the high summer temps. It could not cope. Made our stay uncomfortable. Owner brought in a portable Aircon unit which was kind of her. It that did not make it better unfortunately.
