Great location and a very authentic and charming property. Lots of facilities nearby and easy to get to all of the main sites.
Hot water was intermittent during our stay. Not a big issue as Venice was particularly hot during our visit.

Plenty of space for a family of 4, with excellent facilities, even the wifi gets teenager approval. It is close to all we want to revisit especially our favourite restaurant, and close enough to all the important stuff for new visitors.
Fourth time at appartment so I guess we like it very much. Not a problem for us but not suitable anyone who cannot do stairs.

Very good location. The kids enjoyed the toys. The apartment is very spacious.
We had some issues regarding hot watter. The doors are a bit too loud and the whole space it’s a little bit overwhelming because there are objects, decorations everywhere.
