Cosy and nicely decorated apartment. Excellent location.

While the property had some positives, there were several aspects of the stay that were disappointing and should be made clearer before booking. The 4.00 pm check-in time felt rather late, particularly when combined with a 10.00 am check-out time, which is very early. Although these details appear in the Booking.com listing, they are not especially prominent and were easy to overlook. We also had difficulty getting a consistent supply of hot water in the shower. In addition, the bedrooms became uncomfortably warm, and there was no air conditioning or effective way to cool them down. A lease agreement was sent to us only the day before arrival. By that stage, cancelling the Booking.com reservation was not realistically an option. When booking through Booking.com, I would not ordinarily expect to be asked to enter into a separate lease or contract with another party at such short notice. This should be disclosed clearly at the point of booking. Finally, arranging key collection through an app was uncomfortable. The app initially appeared questionable to us, and we raised this concern, but were told it was the only method available for arranging the key handover. It did not result inany problems, but a clearer explanation in advance, and a more recognisable or straightforward process, would have made this much more reassuring. These issues are all capable of being addressed, and greater transparency before booking would substantially improve the guest experience.

Imehea asukoht ja väga kena korter. Kõik vajalik oli olemas! Meeldis, et köök ja söögituba olid eraldi magamisasemetest - see tegi suurema seltskonnaga ööbimise väga mugavaks. Ja meie küll neid ei kasutanud, aga nägin kapis ka palju mugavusi lastega peredele!!

Prügiga majandamine oli keeruline, aga see on vist Veneetsias igal pool samamoodi tülikas.

Amazing property in a great location. It’s central to everything with 10 min walks to all the major attractions. The water taxi’s are pretty close as well.

It gets quite warm in the apartment in late spring and we were unable to use the air conditioning. Sleeping with the windows open meant we could hear all the canal noise and the mosquitoes attacked us all night. Maybe a couple of fans or bug spray would make the stay perfect.

It is a very lovely place, right near the famous places in Venice, but it is not noisy. The rooms are spacious and have all you need. The staff who greeted us at the door even at 23:00 were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely look out for your place again in the future.

The check-in process is very office like. I have not been able to check my emails previously before our coming because of busy schedules and it is such a hassle to email you when we arrive, set us a google meeting etc..i find it very outdated in this day and age. We also cannot be accommodated for our heating . It is set to 19C. And we are not allowed to put it up or to turn it off, so we were a bit cold.
