L'appartement est vaste et bien disposé. On a une vue superbe depuis la chambre sur le campo Santa-Maria-Formosa. Son implantation est agréable : on peut rejoindre facilement à pied, d'un côté le Rialto ou la place Saint-Marc, de l'autre les Fondamente neve ou l'Ospidal. L'équipement de la cuisine était satisfaisant.
L'ameublement manque de charme. Il y a à l'arrière un balcon, qui donne sur la cuisine mais il est sinistre car transformé en une sorte de véranda. Ce serait bien de retirer cette structure pour disposer d'un extérieur qui serait sympathique avec sa vue sur les toits. Le chauffage est réglé à distance par la propriétaire, ce qui est un peu pénible. A l'arrivée, nous avions trop chaud la nuit dans la chambre. Le thermostat a été baissé dans toute la maison, alors qu'il y a d'importantes différences de température entre les pièces, y compris dans la salle de bain, ce qui mis hors-service le radiateur sèche-serviettes. Compte-tenu du climat vénitien humide, celles-ci ne séchaient plus.

Die Lage ist perfekt,
usere Gastgeberin war ummer erreichbar,
das Appartment hat eine wunderschöne Dachrerrasse mit Blick über die Dächer von Venedig.
Wir hatten einen grossartigen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkuft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent—close to major sights yet tucked away in a peaceful and authentic part of Venice. Communication with the host was smooth and welcoming, with clear instructions for check-in and local recommendations.

Mi è piaciuto tutto dell’appartamento! Soprattutto la vista dalla camera e il balconcino!
Tutto l’appartamento è ben curato e spazioso, il bagno ha la vasca;
Il letto è comodissimo, ha 2 camere una matrimioniale e l altra con due letti singoli, quindi è adatta anche a piu di due persone (fino a 4)
La posizione è ottima!
Mi è piaciuto tutto,
Semplicemente lo sconsiglio a chi non vuole fare le scale,
Na non lo vedo come un difetto
