Great location in the wonderful city of Venice, near Rialto market. The accommodation was very modern, comfortable and very clean. Little extras ( spritz, Prosecco , coffee pods etc )were much appreciated

Very easy to reach from Rialto Mercato stop, and very good communication and directions to get us there. Very convenient to walk to all the main points of interest. Andrea was a most charming and attentive host and was very accessible, helping us with recommendations and arranging our water taxi to the airport when we left. Room was very spacious and clean, and if we had more time to stay we would have taken advantage of the kitchen facilities to prepare a meal from the local markets. I also had my first try at making coffee with a moka pot with various levels of success. We are hoping to visit Venice again in the near future and will definitely stay here again when we do.
My family and I had no issues or complaints during our stay.

Hot shower, great location, amazing host. Loved the music. Can be loud at times because of the location but it didn't bother me. Hospitality was on point. Will stay again!
No sink. No smart TV, would love to access Netflix if want a couple hours of downtime which is essential when traveling for a long time. Also if you are a solo traveler and want to get to city center faster I think bus option from airport is a much faster option that the recommended boat by the accommodation. Been to venice several times and it took me two hours to get to the location from the airport by the hosts recommended route by boat ( not taxi boat, public boat). Much faster to take bus from airport and walk thru beautiful venice, get there much faster!!!
