The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable. Great location right next to the fish market. Nice views from all windows.
Some small improvements would be hooks in the bathroom or bedrooms for towels. A mirror above the vanity in the living room.

The house is amazing and in a perfect central location.
The air conditioning in the living room was not working as there was no remote control, and it couldn't be turned on manually. Management wasn't very helpful regarding this issue. As a result, we couldn't use the living room AC and had to share the bedroom. Additionally, the bedroom AC units kept switching off due to an error that required us to unplug and plug them back in to reset

El departamento es cómodo, muy amplio.
Nos hospedamos junto a mi falmilia, dos parejas, y al tener dos habitaciones super amplias y completas, estuvimos muy cómodos.
La cocina estaba muy equipada, lo único que podría decir es que no tiene horno.
La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca de todo y la parada del Vaporetto queda a unos 150 mts.
El personal ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento.
Nada que no nos haya gustado.

This place is in a good location right in the middle of a square. There are plenty of restaurants and easy access to the canals. You can get here from the train station walking, but it is a little bit far. I would recommend a private taxi. We were lucky I believe as the fish market downstairs was closed the days we were there, so didn’t encounter any of that commotion and potential smells.
We had several issues doing our stay. One of the toilets were broken, the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms didn’t work (our kids had to sleep in another unit), and they didn’t bring us enough towels for all of our guests. The property management company responded, but did not act at all while we were there. There is a washer/dryer on site, but I would save my laundry for another location.
