Venice in the house

location was great and size of the apartment was good for both location and price

we where is meet Tommaso the host but he was not able to meet so he whatsapp the directions instead which was fine as the apartment was easy to find. however he forgot to get a copy of our passport info for the city and city tax so I had to email the info and revolut the finds to him after we left. but for some reason he is having issues with Revolut and i had to send twice since. but bar all that the place was great

Close to San Stae boat stop and easy walking to major attractions.Tomasso great host always available to answer any questions.Excellent for families.

This is a wonderful apartment, in a lovely area of Venice that is a short walking distance to all central points of interests. Restaurants and bars are a stone's throw away. The apartment is well stocked with all the amenities needed for a comfortable family stay. The wifi connection is fantastic, and my little one loved watching all her favourite cartoons in Italian! The host is also lovely and readily available to answer any questions, much as he provides fantastic information about what to do/where to eat in every part of Venice, which can be found in the flat. We particularly loved the lovely gesture of Italian biscuits and some other goodies in the apartment. I would go back to that flat in a heartbeat.

The main bedroom is beautiful but it lacked window shutters and it can get a bit noisy during busy times, such as the Venetian carnival.

The apartment is very good for a family. Spacious and clean with everything a family may need. Tommaso is an excellent host.
