Good communication on check in via whats app
Can hear some pedestrian street noise, but it quieted down at night. Shower is open concept so water gets all over the floor in the bathroom when you shower.

They were completely inflexible. I had to delay my check-in (to 10pm) due to an issue I had in the previous city, and they charged me a €50 fee for “late check in”. At check-out (10:00am), I wasn’t allowed to leave my luggage anywhere. I didn’t want to stay longer — I just needed to leave my bags in the hall and pick them up before my train, which was leaving shortly after. As a result, I had to pay for a locker at the station (another €30). In the end, the cost-benefit just isn’t worth it.
