This apartment is just wonderful. I a great location to walk or catch a ferry and with a great view over one of the bigger canals. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and so much room to relax after a day of walking through Venice. Beautiful views of the sunset from the front balconies. The Murano glass chandelier and wall scones just completed a beautiful place. We had a wonderful time and communication with the hosts was great.

Très belle cuisine mais il manque un peu d’équipement.
Chambres assez disparates.
Tout n’est pas en bon état.
2 chambres sur les 5 sont assez austères.
Mauvais rapport qualité prix.
Donne sur le canal, pendant notre séjour, il y avait des travaux sur les berges, réveil très matinal.

Wonderful location, right on a canal by a vaporatto stop, but outside the bustle of the city center. St. Mark's was less than a half-hour walk. The apartment has been renovated with a modern kitchen and baths, including a washer/dryer. Linens were upscale.
Several breakfast, lunch and dinner options exist on the canal. We had daily breakfast right under the apartment and two great dinners at local restaurants. The host arranged water taxi transportation from airport and to bus terminal for departure.
There is no elevator and the apartment is up two full flights of stairs.
