A canal and sunset view gem!

This apartment is just wonderful. I a great location to walk or catch a ferry and with a great view over one of the bigger canals. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and so much room to relax after a day of walking through Venice. Beautiful views of the sunset from the front balconies. The Murano glass chandelier and wall scones just completed a beautiful place. We had a wonderful time and communication with the hosts was great.

Beautiful, well located apartment close to everything but without tourist traffic.

Wonderful location, right on a canal by a vaporatto stop, but outside the bustle of the city center. St. Mark's was less than a half-hour walk. The apartment has been renovated with a modern kitchen and baths, including a washer/dryer. Linens were upscale. Several breakfast, lunch and dinner options exist on the canal. We had daily breakfast right under the apartment and two great dinners at local restaurants. The host arranged water taxi transportation from airport and to bus terminal for departure.

There is no elevator and the apartment is up two full flights of stairs.

Very roomy and clean. With 9 people privacy was good.

Bathroom layout. The bathrooms themselves were updated and great. The position of the bathrooms was not convenient for 2 of the bedrooms.

A Great Stay in Venice!

Solid, roomy, quiet family-sized apartment well equipped for a several day stay. A nice kitchen, elegant towels and plenty of hot water for showers and clothes washing. The Red House team did a marvelous job of welcoming us and making arrangements for us. From water taxis to dinner reservations, the staff took care of our every need. Nicer pillows would make the beds more comfortable.

I would recommend larger beds in the rooms with singles, or single beds that can be put together. Minor detail but certainly would have helped our family.

Great place with a view

Great place with amazing view on the canal Great location (plenty of very good restaurants just downstairs or nearby, close to water bus station, silent) Very spacious with 3 bathrooms, big kitchen and living room All facilities that you need - even a high chair for a baby Very nice and helpful staff (our plane was delayed and arrival as well, very good communication, great recommendations (Murano glass factory free tour))

The apartment is a bit dark - but this is standard for all the apartments in Venice There is quite a steep staircase to the apartment and no elevator which was was a bit struggle with 2 small kids, stroller and 3 elderly people we were travelling with - but we managed so you will as well Anyway still recommend the apartment - if we go once again to Venice and it is available I will book it for sure

Great place-Excellent choice

Our stay was amazing.The apartment is big and comfortable and well equipped.It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms not 2 as described.The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we wanted. We stayed 10 persons, 6 adults and 4 kids and we were very comfortable.The location is perfect with restaurants and bars nearby.

Un peu cher pour la prestation

Très belle cuisine mais il manque un peu d’équipement. Chambres assez disparates.

Tout n’est pas en bon état. 2 chambres sur les 5 sont assez austères. Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Donne sur le canal, pendant notre séjour, il y avait des travaux sur les berges, réveil très matinal.

Niezwykła czas wypełniony doznaniami, Wenecja nas oczarowała :)

Świetne, funkcjonalne wnętrze, duży stół w jadalni, przestronna kuchnia, 3 łazienki pozwoliły na sprawne korzystanie w jednym czasie, a było nas 10 koleżanek. Liczne udogodnienie: niezapomniany widok na kanał, bliskość przystanku tramwajowego, doskonała trattoria w sąsiedztwie (Trattoria Bar Pontini) i bary przekąskami, napojami. Miejsce spełniło nasze oczekiwanie, jest sprawny serwis i kontakt telefoniczny z biurem, pomoc zadziałała- regulacja pieca w celu wyrównania temperatury wody. Przydąłby się kolejny telefon do taxi wodnego, jest podany 1 przewoźnik, ponieważ był zajęty skorzystałyśmy z innego, ten niestety nas wystawił i nie przypłynął mimo umówionej godziny 6:45, na szczęście zdążyłyśmy pieszo przejść na przystanek autobusowy i zdążyłyśmy na nasz lot. Zatem lokalizacja w rejonie zajezdni (15min) była dla nas wybawieniem.
