Very nice, quiet and easy to get to from station or bus stand, two bridges and you are here in less than 6 minutes. You cannot lug along your luggage to downtown FYI - the apartment is large and also saves you some money in eating out with 5 folks and 22% vat and gratuity on top and we are vegetarians so it helps further if the stove is around. I always look for great beds, this wasn't bad and it was definitely I could sleep on after a long flight from USA but you cannot fault a guy looking for some tempurpedic love

Good enough!

All was good in the Penthouse suite. Light over kitchen sink was out and no reply from the owner about it. Disappointing. Water pressure low. Beds good. Carpet dirty on arrival. No vacuum. Easy self entry, but no landlord on arrival as Italian law states. Location average to low. Not close to anything except 2 great restaurants! No elevators, need to walk up stairs. Alright for us, but seniors beware. Overall though was a good experience. Recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay, as long as you can bear the above critic, I say book! The owners need just a little more care of the apartment and it would be great.

Fabulous spacious apartment in a great location in Venice. Apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, shower was great with plenty of hot water. There was a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and plenty cups, glasses and kitchen utensils. There was also a washing machine and clothes horse should you need these. Communication with the host was fabulous. Check in and out was easy. I can't fault a single thing. If you are looking for an apartment in Venice close to the bus station and train station then I’d highly recommend booking one of the apartments in this building. We stayed in the 1 bedroom ‘Pop’ apartment on the ground floor.

Nothing at all. I took foam ear plugs with me as other reviews mentioned noise from people walking past in the street however this was not an issue at all. Worth mentioning if you are a light sleeper.

Nice, spacious and convenient.

Nice, spacious apartment in a good location right on a canal, with authentic lapping water in the lobby. Close to train and bus station but still accessible by foot to the main sights.

I appreciate they are uncommon in Europe, but lack of window and (especially skylight) screens led to mosquito bites, especially for those sleeping on the upper level, even in October. I also felt charging extra for an arrival before 11pm was excessive.

This house is really only good for two families with children under 5 feet tall. For the money nobody really wants to sl

The appliances and decor was a good quality. It had a washing machine. There was six adults and one child staying there, and the location was right for venturing out into the city of Venice.

The upstairs bedroom was designed out of the attic. The crossbeams and I believe there were four of them are about 5 feet high. Which meant that you had to duck under 3 of the 5 foot cross beams to get to the beds. Also, the upstairs AC unit was in a separate room, so this room was too warm for any one to sleep in. The windows were also locked shut. So we slept on the sofa sleeper downstairs. 😕

Someone met us and gave us the key, went into the apartment to explain everything. However it was unclear what bell to ring to have the person come out to meet us.

There was no elevator and we were on the top floor. That was unexpected and difficult for my husband and I to carry our luggage up so many narrow stairs.

Great place to stay in Venice with a clean and comfortable atmosphere.

Location was great, the appearance of the whole accommodation was superb. We also loved the connection of outdoor canals through the windows. Great facilities (e.g. washing machine, well equipped kitchen) and very comfortable beds - even the sofa bed too! Pretty enough space for us to stay. Also we've got a warm welcome and all the assistance we've needed.

Only one tiny thing: the air-conditioning machine needed extra care to operate. It could be the batteries or something small issue I guess. However we did solve to manage it, so there were no need the help of the host back then.

Disappointing stay

It was an easy journey from the train station. The flat is modern (although it needs work) and has a useful washing machine and in an area with bars and restaurants a short walk away.

The lack of communication was dreadful nd frustrating. On the first evening I messaged via Booking and directly to the contact - to report that two handles had fallen off within minutes of entering the property. One of these was the bathroom handle. Others have also reported this in the past I think. I also asked about mosquito plug ins as this was a major issue for us, we were bitten more in the apartment than anywhere outside because of the small canal that runs into the entrance. Lastly I asked for some recommendations for restaurants. I messaged via all three routes and received no response until the evening of our final night. It meant that as a family of four we could not close the bathroom door as you would then be locked in. The lack of response was really poor and dangerous as the front door handle was also very loose. Lastly the final night a family took the apartment upstairs and as there is zero insulation we had no sleep until past 2am. Again, this issue has been reported, there is no sound insulation. If you stay here I would say do not take the ground floor apartment, take your own mozzie plug ins, don’t expect a closing bathroom door or any response from the owners unless you call.

The property was located in a good area and was spacious with a decent bed. There was a mini kitchen and fridge and washing machine, which made staying there really easy.

The property was up many stairs and getting luggage in and out was hard work. We had a baby and 2 other kids and would have appreciated a clearer warning about this. There were some mosquitoes and insects which meant on very hot days one couldn’t ventilate it.

Comfy quiet stay

The check-in was very easy and communication with the hosts was seamless. The place was squeaky, clean and in an area where there was absolutely no noise. The place from the inside was just as expected and same as you see in the pictures. The AC worked perfect, even though the temperature outside was soaring. I traveled with two kids under 12 years old and the sofa bed was comfortable to them and the main bet for the adults was also super comfortable. Small cafés right around the corner for very nominal price. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I really liked everything so nothing to say, but if I have to then at one time, the mains tripped and that two at 3 AM, but the host was reachable and helped us through it

Lovely, modern, clean flat in a centralized but quiet location close to the train station!!!

The location is perfect. It’s on a quieter street, next to a small canal away from the hustle and bustle. The flat is very modern, minimalistic but functional. It has a washing machine which was very helpful. The flat was also very roomy, with a separate sleeping area and a living room. Even though we didn’t use the kitchen, it looked very nice and new.

If I have to nitpick, the beds could be more comfy. It felt a little uneven and springy but we still slept pretty good! There were some mosquitos inside when we got there, but they were obvious against the white walls so my husband were able to smack all of them easily. Dealing with mosquito is just part of being in Venice!

I recommend this apartment!

We liked the apartment. Everything was nice and clean (towels, dishes, electric kettle with zero limescale). There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and separated by the living room and a hallway (which provides intimacy). It is situated close to the Piazzale Roma - aprox 7-10 mins walk (which is really helpful in case you have an early flight 😃).

We loved the location and how clean the property was, they also gave us a free bottle of Prosecco.

To boil the kettle we had to stand and hold the kettle otherwise it wouldn’t boil. Also, the lady who checked us in couldn’t speak English therefore neither of us could understand eachother.

Very close to the train station like 5-8 minutes walk, so if you have big luggage's then this is your deal. Nice clean modern property. Marco was very helpful, guided over the phone and helped us check in an hour earlier since we arrived early and it helped us get to the city quickly.

Given the property was close to the train station which means in Venice it is 1.6 Km away from the St Mark square and all the happenings, so you have to walk like 25-30 mins. me and my son liked the walk but my wife didn't, so if you are planning keep that in mind.

Lovely

Location was perfect, apartment clean, great amenities. The extra touches like espresso pods were so nice to have for a pick me up and the surprise Prosecco in the fridge was so nice after a long travel day! Massimo met us when we arrived, showed us around and gave us some restaurant suggestions. The pizzeria he recommended was the best we’d had on our whole trip through Italy!

Perfect location! Nice apartment - fully equipped and clean.

Mosquitoes! There were no mosquito nets for windows, nor repellents. So first nigh was hard to sleep and we were all bitten, especially suffered our baby. So next day we bought 2 electric mosquito repellents and kept all windows closed all the time. Best practice would be to provide all the needed staff at once or at least warn that this can happen, so we can be prepared.

Very nice the building’s architecture and the design of the apartment, very good location, close to the train station and close to the gran canale as well, possible to reach by foot San Marco square walking 15-20 minutes.
