The apartment is really well located - a short walk from the station, but still a wonderful neighborhood that is unmistakably Venice. So many small restaurants and bars nearby, it’s a great neighborhood! The apartment is spacious, and really comfortable for a multiple night stay. We especially appreciated the late night check in.
As is to be expected with a building of this age, it’s a top floor walk up. We didn’t mind it so much but be aware of it.

Location is fantastic and the rooms are spacious.
It's 4th Floor no lift and furniture and beds are a bit old. Also for 5 people (2 kids) we had to be creative in how we slept as the sofa bed in the living room was not made up.

Location handy to piazza Roma and the station.
Too many stairs (top floor) and grumpy neighbours who shouted at us. Basic furniture and fit out.
