Cristina muy amable, estuvo muy atenta a nuestra llegada para guiarnos al alojamiento y con buenas recomendaciones para comer. El alojamiento muy bien ubicado. El apto está en un segundo piso, considerar escaleras.

La proximité avec la gare et les stations de vaporetto, l’accueil de Cristiana, le calme, localisation en général, les deux climatisations qui fonctionnent bien.
Il manque une cafetière compatible pour séjour court, la machine à laver qui n’essore pas du tout, le débit de la douche non régulier.

Apartament znajduje się blisko dworca kolejowego, co jest dużym atutem. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, ma dużo udogodnień (zmywarka, pralka), ogólny klimat jest bardzo na plus. Mieliśmy możliwość zameldowania się wcześniej, co bardzo doceniam. Miła Pani opowiedziała o atrakcjach, dała wskazówki.
Łazienka (zwłaszcza wanna) wymaga renowacji. Brak czajnika. Mimo, że mieszkanie obok dzieli mały przedsionek i drzwi, bo słychać hałasy jeżeli ktoś jest głośniej.

When I arrived, there was no one to give me the key to the place, and they asked me to wait for three hours. Finally, after calling and texting, they brought the key after an hour. The apartment didn't have an elevator, and the Wi-Fi had a really poor connection, and there was no kettle in the kitchen to boil water for tea or coffee.
