Apartment with a view of Rio Marin located in the historic centre of Venice in the Sestiere of Cannaregio. The apartment is completely independent and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor, on the first floor we find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath. Maximum capacity 4 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). (ID: IT027042C2R5AXOIQF).

The location was the best. You were far enough from the noise of the Grand Canal but less than 10 min. from it and the main Vaporeto station and train station. The apartment had spacious bedrooms with individual air conditioning units. Even though we didn't cook everything was available if needed. We found a great small family owned restaurant further past our unit off the canal down a side street. we ate there for 3 dinners. Sorry but I don't know the name.

This house was just what I wanted in Venice: Old world charm and comfort! We were met at check-in and showed around everything. It was clean and near everything we needed, including a grocery store just a few doors down - I got fresh bread every morning. We contacted the office twice with questions, once by email and once by phone. They answered immediately each way.

Great location and an easy walk from the train station. The house is as pictured. We had a little trouble figuring out the heat and my inquiries went unanswered. Eventually we figured it out on our own.
