The location was fabulous! Close to many shops and restaurants and a great vibe along the canal. It's easy to walk to the water bus, train and bus. The apartment is spacious and clean and has excellent views of the canal. Would recommend the Venetian Palace for sure!
The fold out couch bed was not very comfortable to sleep on.

The location was great, and the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable
We had inconsistent WiFi for all 5 days. When we raised this with the staff, they were quite quick to dismiss our concerns and said it was due to the weather and/or maintenance. We understand that it is not specifically their fault that the service was down, and they did send out a technician to take a look at the problem, but the solution seemed to be "we've restarted the router, it should be working now" instead of escalating the problem
Again, we know this is not the company's fault- but we paid for an apartment with WiFi for working, and we did not get it. We had to work in the hotel next door
