The location of this room is exactly opposite Santa Lucia rail station with a good canal view point.
Air conditioner is not working properly.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, decorated in a very romantic style, and perfectly located right in front of a canal in Venice, just a few steps from Venice Santa Lucia train station. The cleanliness was outstanding.
Linda, who handled our check-in, was incredibly kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.
The kitchen is excellent, especially for guests staying longer who may want to prepare their own meals. It is fully equipped, including an oven and everything you might need. For us, it was just a one-night stay, but it would be a real advantage for longer stays.
We only stayed for one night, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer.
Next time, this will definitely be our go-to place in Venice.

The location was great, and the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable
We had inconsistent WiFi for all 5 days. When we raised this with the staff, they were quite quick to dismiss our concerns and said it was due to the weather and/or maintenance. We understand that it is not specifically their fault that the service was down, and they did send out a technician to take a look at the problem, but the solution seemed to be "we've restarted the router, it should be working now" instead of escalating the problem
Again, we know this is not the company's fault- but we paid for an apartment with WiFi for working, and we did not get it. We had to work in the hotel next door
