Canal view from the room Boats stop Tre Archi is just outside the hotel Value for money Reasonable price compared to other hotels Facilities like coffee, oven, refrigerator, drinks.. Very kind and informative Host

Nice place.

Its location is right on the canal with easy and close water taxi access. The staff was very helpful. It was a long walk from the train station. Water taxi would have been a better mode of travel with luggage.

Construction prevented any room views. The room was directly off the lobby area which was less than private.

We very much enjoyed our stay here!

This is a very charming place to stay right on the Canal. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. You are close to the water taxis and restaurants.

This property is, however, a little far away from the main part of town, but that makes for less hustle and bustle. A more relaxing vibe.

Beautiful scenery and wonderful restaurants just steps from the hotel.

The room was very spacious and right on the Canal. The area was away from the tourist section so the food and drink prices were half the price and the food was amazing. Jennifer the host did a great job with the directions to the place.

Great location and great 2 night stay

Window has Fantastic view of the canal although building work happening on the right side of the hotel. Jennifer the owner was absolutely lovely. 30 mins from airport by boat. Comfy beds. Good air con.

Room was on the top floor. No lift just a spiral staircase. This might provide a problem if you have very heavy luggage/buggy. Shower temperature would go from hot to cold constantly. No breakfast. Breakfast bar Q10 2 mins away only serve pastries for breakfast so have to venture out. Dust on heated rail in bathroom.

It was difficult to communicate with the hotel personnel. We don’t understand Italian and he didn’t understand English, so, getting transportation help was a challenge.

The room was very spacious and the bed and the pillows were super comfortable. The concierge staff is very helpful and professional. The view from our balcony was stellar. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony every night.

Nice Accommodations in Venice

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Not luxurious, but perfectly suited for a short stay in Venice. The property manager was friendly in our limited interactions. We enjoyed the view over the canal from our room. The location was a short water bus ride from the train station (owner directions to arrive via water bus were perfect) and a very short walk from excellent restaurants. We were a little further from the most touristy sections of town, but we were happy to escape the crowds and it was only about a 15 minute walk to get to the most popular sights. The lobby had water (and soda) for sale which was very convenient - we appreciated this when we came home each night.

Amazing stay! We'll be coming back

Jennifer and Claudio were fabulous hosts. The room was immaculate clean, the sheets and towels smelled good. It was almost infront of a boat station. Good restaurants nearby, amazing view of the canal. Felt very safe walking around the neighborhood even at night.

The bathroom door doesn't lock, noisy exhaust fan - but didn't bother us much.
