lots of space, loved the windows and access to views on the balcony, staff was super nice and helpful and loved the expresso machine and the selfie wall
was adorable; property is really nice and the staircase was super cute. we felt safe. coffee, towels and toiletries were provided
loved being in a quieter area; easy access to the vaporetto and easy access to the airport water taxi
the blackamoor figure in the lobby entrance caught me by surprise
wish we had 2 sets of keys since the only way to lock the door inside or out was with the key.

Jennifer and Claudio were so helpful and friendly! We wished we had more time to stay at their gorgeous place in Venice. The view from our window was so pretty and the room was perfect. We were out of the craziness but still felt close enough. It was walkable from the train station and really easy to take the Alilaguna boat to the airport when we left.

The location ‘off the beaten path’ and located about 15-20 min walk or quick vaporetto ride from Rialto suited us well. The property was clean and had good air conditioning.
Access to a small refrigerator was a big bonus as we ended up getting breakfast from a local grocery store.
The room was designed for 3 people and was doable but a bit tight for us 3 ladies with suitcases and all.
We had some sound from the adjacent suite.
