Fulvio was an excellent host. Patient with us for our arrival, as we took the slow way via Orange Line boat and then Vaporetto to arrive. Location was perfect for us, putting us seven minutes away from the train station where we would depart later during our trip. Fulvio recommended a nearby market, where we could secure a few supplies and several excellent restaurants. And he left two bottles of water and a bottle of Prosecco, to celebrate our stay. Then, he remained in text contact to rapidly address anything we might need during our visit (we did not need). The apartment has one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds, so perfect for my two grandchildren and I. There is one bathroom; takes some timing. And the apartment has a charming inside balcony area, with a rope that doubles as your dryer line, complete with clips (and an indoor drying rack also). Clothes washing machine and automatic dishwasher are fully functional.

Really, the property was as described - and clean. It would be nice to have two bathrooms - but we knew up front there was one. Really did like everything about this first leg of our stay in Italy. GRAZIE!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything we could possibly need was available. The location is strategic, making it very easy to access the city when arriving and leaving. Communication with the host was easy, and hes was very polite.

The lack of an elevator can make check-in and check-out a bit challenging. Also, the shower could be more comfortable; for example, the shower head could be replaced.

Nice location, away from hustle and bustle, but close to station and restaurants and bars not far.

No mirrors in one of the bedrooms.

Schöner Ausblick auf einen kleinen Park, Wohnung geheizt, Decken für kühlere Nächte vorhanden. Wasser, Kaffee, Tee, Begrüßungstrunk und Spaghetti gegen Hungeranfall waren bereitgestellt.
