About this apartment rental

Apartment in the Historic Centre with a magnificent terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. The apartment (fourth floor with lift) is furnished with designer furniture and consists of a living area with dining table, sofa bed and complete kitchen, a double bedroom, a single room with sofa bed and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower). Two magnificent terraces complete the offer, for an unforgettable holiday. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 5 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). (ID: IT027042B4JEBJK73F).

Owner responded to messages quickly. Info on location was shared early and was clear. Perfect location to train. As the description wrote, it does require one fight of stairs, but totally worth it.Allowing us to drop off bags early was such a blessing. Place was clean and comfortable. Views were wonderful. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay was fantastic. The balconies really make the stay perfect for unwinding and enjoying a glass of wine while enjoying the scenery. A perfect location! Clean, easy to access and the elevator was a huge plus! Our family of four were very comfortable here.
