We loved the location to the train and cruise terminal. It was very easy to get there with all of our luggage. The view of the canal from the apartment was also fun. My girls liked watching the boats from the window. The host was kind and made every effort to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We did walk a lot in order to get to San Marco Square every day for our activities.

Good location, 12 minutes walk to the train station
The apartment is old, no smart TV, no washing machine, and both the dishwasher and coffee machine are out of order. You will also need to dispose the garbage by yourself, otherwise you got fined.
