Joli appartement dans un vieux palais vénitien. Gestion bien organisée. Petite kitchenette, canapé lit. Ambiance très calme. Pas de ruelle bruyante autour.

Cabine de douche à revoir, pas de télécommande pour les climatiseurs malgré une vague de chaleur.

Anna (hôte) très disponible et agréable, logement bien positionné par rapport au lieu d'arrivée et aux sites à visiter.

Great communications from the owner/manager from booking until arrival and being met in person at the property was lovely. We had the King Apartment which was charming and historic, and had a huge living room with balcony where we ate meals and had evening drinks. It felt like a privilege to stay in such a property. Property was clean and generally well equipped. We were left a list of local bar and restaurant recommendations which was really helpful. The area around the property is amazing with Campo Santa Margherita and Zattere both close by. Also close to the bus & train stations for exploring beyond Venice.

The upstairs neighbour was noisy including over night and early in the morning. Most of the noise seemed to come from above the bedroom area. They seemed to need to rearrange all their heavy furniture at least once a day. Once at 6am! There is an ongoing renovation to a building across the courtyard. This started early morning, so not great if you wanted to sleep late or have an afternoon nap. There is a lane underneath the bedroom window, which is a main thoroughfare. This could get quite noisy in the evening but it didn't bother us too much. The tiny kitchen lacked an oven or electric kettle, was a bit like a caravan kitchen. It was quite complicated to prepare a full meal.
