Host was kind and helpful. Location was really well suited for walking from the train station and to the ferry port we needed.

Many reviews mentioned that the noisy bar downstairs was not a problem, and that was true in our case for the couple that stayed on the main master bedroom level…but for the couple who slept on the top floor, the noise was much louder and definitely made for poor sleep…I’m not sure if there is an acoustic difference between the windows on the different floors, but would caution that the guests staying on the top floor may need to be heavy sleepers.

Second time staying in this apartment, we just love the location and everything they offer. Very spacious, clean, comfortable.

Convenient location - right on the square with restaurants, bars, supermarket. Not far from vaporetto, train station and central area. Entire stay was kind of experience - historic building, 3 floors, interesting decorations. Apartment is better than looks on the photos. Communication with staff was great and the owner was always willing to help.

I’d say it’s not relevant to speak about somewhat outdated bathroom and kitchen in such type of apartment. If you are looking for modern amenities - that’s not it. However if you are looking for unique experience in the heart of Venice - this is it! :)

Bisogna assolutamente avvertire che la casa è su 4 piani, senza ascensore e con scale strette e ripide. I 2 bagni sono descritti "con doccia": uno dei due ha la cipolla della doccia montata ma non esiste box doccia, non esiste spazio per farsi la doccia, secondo loro dovresti fare la doccia allagando il bagno, salendo sul gabinetto ? No, il bagno con doccia, peraltro non comodissima, è al primo piano, quindi chi dorme all' ultimo piano deve scendere 2 piani per andare al bagno, chi dorme al terzo deve scenderne uno. La pulizia non perfetta, pezzi di laniccia sul separè della doccia. Magari le case di Venezia sono tutte così, ma io vengo come turista, mi si deve spiegare meglio la casa. Relazione qualità-prezzo non buona. Orario check-in dalle 15,30 alle 16,30 è unico nella mia storia di viaggi (50 per anno da 25 anni). Quindi si, è stato facile ritirare le chiavi, ma abbiamo dovuto organizzare il viaggio basandoci su questa finestra di 1 ora per accedere ! In questa condizione non lo consiglio, molto meglio un hotel, per 173 euro !!
