Excellent instructions how to locate property Inc pictures of the access. Exceptionally clean, good location. Double bed made up for friends to share as requested with separate bedding. Hot shower, lovely crisp bedding, toilet roll, ample towels and body wash provided.
Mosquitos...loads in room, but I expect most places have the same issue. Window had view to canal which was lovely except for the very loud party boat passing every half hour until just after midnight, didn't bother us too much as only one night (a sat night) but if every night would have become an annoyance as kept you awake.

The property is very close to St Mark’s square and surrounded by great restaurants.
The host wasn’t very forthcoming about the WiFi and there was no TV as advertised on booking.com. No elevators making it inaccessible for users living with disabilities and also difficult to bring up loads of luggage.

Sehr zentrale Lage in Venedig, unkomplizierte Gepäckaufbewahrung in einem Hotel ca. 8min Fußweg v. d. Wohnung. Wohnung geräumig, Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen (App. 1), alles da, was wir für 1Nacht brauchten.
Vermieter hat darauf bestanden, dass wir vorab unsere Personalausweise mit allen Daten entweder in ein online-Portal oder als Fotos per Mail oder WhatsApp schicken, auch und obwohl das von booking untersagt ist. Deshalb deutlicher Punktabzug. Hätten wir das nicht gemacht, hätten wir trotz vorheriger Bezahlung die Zugangsdaten für die Wohnung nicht bekommen.
