A deux pas de la place Saint Marc et du pont du Rialto, un spacieux studio refait à neuf et extrêmement propre avec une vue exceptionnelle des fenêtres sur un canal : on voit les gondoles passer devant les fenêtres !!! Très bons échanges avec Ilaria d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande aide pour toutes nos demandes.

I chose at random and got very lucky with this accommodation. It is in a perfect location close enough to main tourist areas, but not too close. Peaceful and spacious. Windows opened to the canals with the sounds of gondolas going by was great. Had all the facilities you'd need for a short or even longer stay with a washing machine. Highly recommended for location and value.

Son emplacement à proximité du centre et des attractions touristiques. Le personnel est plutôt à l’écoute.
Malheureusement, les lieux n’étaient pas si propres. Les sols n’avaient pas été balayés, il y avait de la rouille dans la baignoire et des traces jaunes. Il n’y avait quasiment pas d’ustensiles de cuisine et peu de couverts. L’égouttoir était imprégné de tartre, la climatisation, bien que nous ayons respecté les consignes, ne fonctionnait pas, l’appartement était étouffant.
