El apartamento es muy amplio, muy funcional, tiene de todo, muy bien ubicado en el centro, y cerca de cualquier punto de interés turístico y también de la parada del autobús de conexión con el aeropuerto. Tiene buena vista a la calle.
Se encuentra en el último piso y son muchas escaleras para subir, pero se entiende que en Venecia habrá pocos edificios con ascensor. No pasa nada, pero es bueno saberlo, por el tema maletas si acaso.

The appartment has a very nice view and it's 5-10 minutes walking distance to many touristic spots. From the bus station it's around 15 - 20 minutes. It has a cosy vibe and made us feel at home. I can easily accomodate a family of 2 ADT and 2 children, or 4 ADT because in the second room there are twin beds, and a plus is the second bathroom. Nearby there are a lot of caffees and pubs, and a small supermarket it's around 5 minutes. A plus is the washing machine for those who stay longer.
The "hidden" bathroom has a little problem, because the water drains slowly.
To arrive at the appartment you have to climb a few stairs, so for those who have health problems, it's a issue. Another problem was the temperature, outside was very cold and hardely we discovered how to change the room temperature since inside was also a bit cold. One day the electricity was cut off by the city hall.
Unfortunatelly, being old buidings, you can hear the neighbours, sometimes you have the impression they are with you in the apppartment, and one of them sleeps with the TV on and a bit loud, but probably it's me the problem since I have very good hearing.
