A small house of the '500 completely restored consisting of an independent entrance, a first floor (entrance hall, living room, bedroom, bathroom) and a attic (living room, kitchen, laundry).

At the airport Marco Polo line ARANCIO ALILAGUNA, stop S. Angel. Then 5 minutes on foot.
From Piazzale Roma (car park) or from Santa Lucia Station Line 2 stop S. Samuel. Then 3 minutes on foot.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Venice. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful; we were greeted with treats and a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch.The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was much appreciated during the warm days, and everything we needed was provided.The location was ideal; peaceful and quiet, yet close to all the main attractions. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city.Charming, comfortable, and perfectly located, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Arianna and Martina were truly great host. Helping with arrival and departure transportation, as well as meeting my family at the dock to walk us to the rental property. The property was very clean and looked amazing with all of the updates. The weather was hot, so the air conditioning was utilized along with the washer/dryer. Martina provided us with great suggestions of food and sites of the city. Martina also checked in on us throughout the day to see if everything was going well. When back in Venice, I would definitely like to stay at this same location!

This home is amazing!! Modern, classic and very clean. The pictures represent this property exceptionally well. The kitchen area up stairs is beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a long day of playing in Venice. We would sit up here and listen to the birds and watch the thunder. The main floor which includes a spacious bedroom with wonderful linens and comfy bed and the bathroom is gorgeous. The sitting area is perfect for watching TV or listening to the wonderful sounds of Venice with the beautiful windows open. The location is perfect. Everything is 5 to 10 minute walk. We loved this Home. Martina and her family are so wonderful and left us with ease and comfort. We will stay here again.
