Spacious apartment, well located right in the centre of Venice in atmospheric neighborhood. 2 good sized bedrooms with comfy beds. Good aircon upstairs. Owner very helpful and communicative

The place was very clean and Marco, the host, was very friendly and tried to accommodate to our needs (I could come early to drop off our luggage), leave a bit later at the end of the stay. The flat is well equipped, practical and very well placed, 10 minutes from the train station, in a quiet street, and there is a little Conad supermarket very close. The area is really charming and was not overcrowded by tourists at all (mid of May), charming small campi some minutes' walk away, with cute restaurants and bars etc.
As the streets are very narrow, the living room on the 1st floor is a bit dark, but this can be an advantage in hot summer days. It would be great to add some small bedside lamps.
