The property was located in a quiet part of Venice but still close to train station and local attractions. There was a few restaurants and supermarket very close by which was super handy. Our apartment was clean and very cool to come home to in a hot day. Our host had great communication. Highly recommend staying here.

The property was in an ideal location, not too busy or loud but close to everything. It was very fun to be right on a canal and be able to step out and watch the boats go by. The rooms were all very comfortable and Francesco was very responsive to any questions we had.

Venice was very hot while we stayed and although the apartment was very beautiful, we were so hot we could not sleep. The AC in the bedrooms did not cool the rooms very well. The window in the one of the bedrooms had been left open before we arrived and the apartment was filled with mosquitos. We got eaten alive the first night and were afraid to open the windows despite the heat thereafter. All that being said the apartment is well located, the host is extremely responsive and the unit is very nice.
