Glorious view from the balcony of the grand canal. Lying in bed you can watch Venetian life float past. Brilliant location for access to the trains. Comfortable bed & a really good shower. Shared facilities downstairs with canal view looked nice (although we didn’t utilise them). An outside terrace also looked very nice for summer use. Very warm & cosy inside for November.
Our room was called a suite, which generally indicates more than one room. There is a shared sitting room for the first floor rooms instead. Their own payment system is rather difficult to complete if you are using a British credit card.

Easy to find. I like how responsive the personnel were we felt very welcoming and everything was nice. We also really appreciate the cleaning lady, she was lovely and even offered to clean our room when we were gone sightseeing.
A small leak under the sink, however it didn't bother us. Also room seems slightly smaller than in the pics but the same nothing to be worried about.

Location was great, beautiful view on the water. Big and spacious
Few things. We paid a good amount and there was 0 amenities. No shampoo, no body wash, and even no hand soap which bothered me pretty bad. Had to go go buy some, when it should definitely be included. They left coffee pods but not coffee maker in our room. The place smelled like chlorine. Almost think it would be more with your coin to get the non view room and take advantage of the public space that offers a view on water
