This was our second time renting at this location and we love the ambience of the apartment and being on the grand canal. It was very close to restaurants and shopping areas. Very quiet and safe as well.

Loved having use of the tranquil garden. Antonio was so very friendly and helpful. He carried our luggage up to the 5th floor! Apartment spotless, very comfortable and well located.
I was not aware that our apartment was on the 5th floor. As seniors, we would probably have missed this gem if we were aware of all the stairs.

Wonderful property facing the Grand Canal. The apartment was perfect and comfortable, wonderful style. The terrace had beach beds, lush garden and sitting area facing the canal. A perfect gem that I recommend to all my friends and family.

It was easy - but it is not reasonable to charge me 100 euros to meet me when my train arrived late. That could be much more reasonable that's a lot of money for handing me the keys at 10:45p.
I didn't like the usurious fee to get the keys. It's okay for a little fee but 100 euros is not reasonable at all.
