The apartment is located near a waterbus station and close to the train station. The room is equipped with everything needed to cook. It is a nice apartment with everything you need, depending if it works.

We booked this apartment specifically because it advertised air conditioning, knowing there was a heatwave during our stay. Unfortunately, none of the air conditioning units worked, and the extractor fan was also not functioning. As a result, the apartment was extremely hot and had a noticeable musty smell. When we contacted the host, we were referred to an emergency number. Their only response was to explain how to switch on the air conditioning, which we had already tried. After that, both the host and the emergency contact stopped responding completely. We received no further communication or assistance throughout our stay and up to today. We were also unable to keep the windows open because large numbers of mosquitoes entered the apartment. In addition, the television remote control did not work. On the night before our departure, a pipe burst inside the cupboard where we had stored our clothes. Our clothing and other belongings became wet, and there were no facilities available to dry them before we left. We understand that unexpected breakdowns and emergencies can happen. However, what was most disappointing was the complete lack of communication and support from the host. A timely response and some assistance would have made a significant difference to our experience.
