The apartment is very clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms, living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The building is located in a central location that is very quiet and is within walking distance to major attractions, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Our host, Claudia, was very warm and hospitable, she welcomed us with a lovely gift and provided some valuable information on local restaurants. We absolutely loved our time in Venice and look forward to staying here again in the future.
There was a heat wave during our stay and the air conditioning units were on but the temperature in the apartment and especially in the bedrooms was still high. It took a long time to cool the apartment, but otherwise everything was fantastic! Also, just a note about the stairs leading up to the apartment, which is located on the second floor of the building. The stairs can be challenging for some people.

Quite location but close to everything! 8 minss walk from the train station. Responsive, lovely host who communicated well and left us a great bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We had a great stay thank you.
