The property is really nice and has everything you need for your stay, and even more than many other places at a great price. It includes a kitchen and a washing machine, which are very useful and make the stay much more convenient. The property is very well designed, everything is modern, and there are no unpleasant smells, unlike some other properties I’ve stayed at in Venice.
The only thing I didn’t really like was that the property is located right in front of a prison. It can feel a little uncomfortable when the prisoners start shouting when they see you. However, this is just a personal perception, as the surrounding area is actually nice and feels safe.

Great location, clean and stylish room, very easy check-in process. The staff was helpful and the atmosphere of the place was really nice.
The sofa bed was not very comfortable for sleeping

Location central
Accommodation needed decorating very battered and marked walls. Only 1 mirror which was the bathroom. No great windows quite stuffy lots of flies. Next to a prison!
