Very nice roomy apartment but service needs improvement

Both rooms are large, ideal for families of 4 (although we were 3). Double bed was good. Bathroom was also large and towels soft. Outside temperature was about 5-6C in the night but inside was very hot. Very nice and quiet place.

The “bed” for kids is not comfortable The was no shower gel nor shampoo just 3 small soaps. There should be a bottle of water into the bridge when firstly come. No slippers for the guests Communication with the host was not very immediate although finally our room was ready at 11.00 (instead of 12.00).

I will NEVER sleep in such disgusting room

The location good

Really dirty on the bed, the most important thing is the bed for sleeping. But the bed in this hotel is really disgusting(see the picture, I have also the video). And the service is unavailable when we checked in. The bed was full of dirty things and moldy and many hair on bed. I have the video!

Super comfortable and central location. Would definitely recommend.

Room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Great sofa bed for two teenage children to share. Kitchen facilities and laundry facilities were great when travelling with a family. A short walk to the main train and bus station, as well as the canals of Venice. Leisurely walk to St Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge.

Pillows were terrible - like sleeping on a flat mattress with no pillow. Have to take all of your rubbish to the waste collection point yourself.

The accommodation was very clean and well-kept. Its location was excellent, just a short distance from both the train and bus stations, which made getting around extremely convenient. Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free, and the staff responded quickly and efficiently to any questions or issues we had. Overall, it made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

A few things could be improved for an even better stay. Dishwashing liquid was not provided, and the sofa mattress was a bit uncomfortable. The shower area was not well designed, so water often spilled into the main bathroom area, and since there was no broom or mop available, it was difficult to keep the space dry and clean.

Loved Venice! Host very accommodating/communicative. Location great, but A/C issues were annoying.

Host was very accommodating: Our party of 9 across 3 units arrived at 11am, and the host was able to let us check in early to 2 of the 3 units! Location was somewhat on the outer part of Venice, but everything only 15-20 min walk to the main attractions. Walking in Venice is a lot of fun and one of the most unique things about this city. There are no cars, so all streets and alleys are walkable and there are lots of shops and restaurants/eateries along the way. There is an amazing steakhouse around the corner (called Vicario?), which surpassed the steaks we had in Florence!

Air Conditioning didn't work until the last day of our stay. We had the system on and it just was not cooling the rooms at all. We had to open the roof panels, which unfortunately let in mosquitos overnight, and we all got stung many times (my poor daughter had 30+ bites!!). I contacted the property about this issue and they assured me the system was being remotely monitored and everything was working properly. Then all of a sudden on our last day, we noticed some new residents in an adjacent unit and the system started blowing cold air. I can only assume that the new tenants were better at complaining than I was, and managed to get the property to address it.

The apartment was very clean. Very close to the Piazzale Roma, train station and bus station. Ferry stops were also very close. A nearby supermarket was located.

The nearby neighborhood was not the best to have, especially right across the apartments.

Everything is perfect. Feels like home

We stayed there two nights. The property is very well equipped & feels like home. It's located in a calm area. A best place to be relax. Kitchen is fully complete with all the amenities & bathroom too. Whole the apartment is newly furnished. We had TV facility with smart Tv. The property has all the safety equipments too. Kids were enjoyed during the stay.

Lovely apartment in a nice neighbourhood

Apartment is approximately 10 mins' walk from Venezia Santa Lucia train station. The nearest water bus station is 8 mins' walk away. So it is very convenient. It is also in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. There are a few apartments in this posting, need to check the pictures and facilities carefully. Ours was the one with the Garden View. Although there are 2 toilets, only the toilet on the ground floor has shower facilities. But we managed to make do since there are only 4 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and everything else was good. We enjoyed our short stay very much. Just a word of caution for everyone looking to visit Venice - almost all the foot bridges have steps and no ramps, so you may want to consider to travel light or use backpacks!

* Conveniently located close to the bus/train station, making transportation a breeze. * The apartment is beautifully equipped with modern amenities.

* Despite promises on Booking, toiletry and essential supplies were insufficient, requiring guests to purchase items such as toilet paper, garbage bags, tea, and coffee. This took away significant time that could have been spent enjoying Venice. * Experienced drainage issues in the bathroom. * Encountered some safety hazards, including a faulty living room table and protruding screws. * The local staff occasionally responded rudely with inappropriate language. Perceived an unsatisfactory attitude, potentially due to our status as foreign guests. * Guests are expected to bring garbage bags to a collection point located a distance from the apartment, really annoying and causes us to spend extra time on managing our stay.
