The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent,in a safe area,easy to reach by walking historical sites and well connected to public transport(central station,vaporetto station). It was quiet, well organized, and felt like home. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils. Immaculate bed linens and towels .
I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.
The only drawback, which I hope the owner will take into consideration, is that the sofa on the first floor is not suitable for sleeping, not even for one person. Therefore, although the apartment is advertised for four guests, only the bed in the bedroom for 2person is truly comfortable and usable for sleeping.
Take this into consideration if you want to avoid sleepless nights and back pain. And to make it perfect, the pillows should also be replaced.

- Location close to the bus and vaporettto station
- Quiet and bright area in the evening
- Cafes and locations where you can eat nearby
- Bright apartment, very spacious and clean
- Bed and sofa mattresses very ok
- Communicating with staff through messages was very ok and fast
- Bed and sofa duvets are one person not two
- The pillows are a bit soft, this aspect mattered to us
- Lack of homemade slippers, useful for going out on the apartment terrace
- I noticed in the bathroom sink battery that if you give more pressure, the water bursts from the top gasket and the panel with the buttons to draw water to the toilet must be glued because it is no longer fixed... there are small repairs that are necessary but that have not affected our stay at all

Location central
Accommodation needed decorating very battered and marked walls. Only 1 mirror which was the bathroom. No great windows quite stuffy lots of flies. Next to a prison!
