Lovely place and would happily stay there again

Very well located to get to centre of Venice. Very clean and well kept. Perfect size for me and my parents. Host was great at communicating and offering support and help to get to the flat. We arrived late and was very accommodating.

Decent place for a family with kids

Location was ok (second floor, not accessible by elevator, so not suitable for people with wheelchair), clean, big rooms (no terrace/balcony), pleasant to stay for 1-2 nights. It was not very central, but it took 15 minutes walk to the center with bars/restaurants/touristic spots. Quiet area, near an university campus. For people who want to cook, I believe the kitchen had what you needed - we didn't use it :)

Big dislike for the way they handle the trash topic: considering the price for the apartment was high compared to any other place in Italy where we went during this trip, they asked us for an additional 10 EUR if we didn't want to take care of the garbage ourselves. I didn't mind the fact that I need to take out the trash, but the approach was not the most professional ;) Also, pay attention to the address - there was a different number on Booking, so follow the instructions received via messages instead. Last thing, the city tax is bigger than mentioned on Booking.

unpleasant

the location

everything is so cheap in the property to the point where it is uncomfortable. the sofa bed is so bad even a child cannot sleep in it. there is two tea spoons so we had to take turn to eat just yoghurt (we were renting for 4 people). the place is all about making money, fine, but there is not the smallest intention to make you feel slightly welcome. I was landing at 7.10 so I texted to say I would check in around 8pm. the answer was straight away that I had to pay extra if I couldn’t make it before 8pm sharp. There is a dishwasher in the apartment but I guess you have to buy a full pack of washing powder if you want to use it once. The floor was not clean, etc.

I loved the old world feeling but in a modern apartment.

proximity to vaporetto, café’s & groceries. kitchen had everything you need. comfortable couch & bedroom.

The stairs but we got used to them. 😆

A lovely flat in a quiet but well served area..

The flat was located in a nice area not that far from Piazzale Roma and the vaporetto stop San Marta was just around the corner. The flat was comfortable in terms of space and was clean and cosy. Ideal for a family of 4.

I would have loved to have a couple of essential items available to use for free. For example, there was no soap in the bathroom/shower when we arrived, no dish washer tablets , no washing line. That means that although the flat was equipped with facilities, I could not use them ( I believe nobody traveling for a couple of nights will ever take those and/ or keen to buy them). Perhaps you could offer a 'welcome kit' to buy to create a more comprehensive experience.

I enjoyed the location: out of touristick track, very calm and with a very local atmosphere. I also enjoyed the size of the room and the house: quite big for Venice, and comfortable for a family.

It was a bit cold, especially in the evening.

AGRADEZCO PODER ENTRAR ANTES EN EL PISO . EL PISO ES BONITO Y BIEN REFORMADO. EL BARRIO ES TRANQUILO Y TIENE UN SUPERMERCADO CERCA

LOS COLCHON DE MATRIOMONIO ESTA MUY VIEJO Y RESULTA MUY INCOMODO. EL SOFACAMA ESTABA ROTO FALTA Y TAMBIEN RESULTA MUY INCOMODO PORA DORMIR.
