Casa Abelia - Boutique Apartment

The updated property complete with washer and dryer, also the proximity to the parking garages was nice. We didn’t have to travel far from where we parked to get o the apt. The bedrooms were good size and it had all the comforts of home including kitchen and dishwasher. Having two restaurants and a gelato place right outside your door is amazing!

Gorgeous property (bold styling!) in perfect location (close to the many tourists sites of Venice but slightly off the beaten path to ensure we got to experience it more as a local. Elia was super friendly and helpful in the lead up to our stay and during with great local suggestions.

Great!

I liked the location close to all public transport for arrivals and departures. It was clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. It had cold water and milk supplies in the fridge, a supply of coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and was generally very comfortable and welcoming. A washing machine and dryer were available downstairs. Extremely close to Rio Novo seafood restaurant which has a very good and well deserved reputation and there is even a good gelato shop immediately downstairs which was great in the recent heatwave.
