Logement confortable et bien chauffé à notre arrivée(séjour en février)
De passage en wk à l’occasion de l’ouverture du carnaval de Venise, nous avons passé peu de tps à l’appartement mais il était agréable de s’y reposer après de bonnes journées de balades & visites.
Équipement SDB & cuisine très bien.
Chambre spacieuse & Literie confortable.
Restaurants à proximité.
Venise étant qu’une étape de notre voyage en famille , nous avions donc un Budget serré,L’appartement se trouve dans un quartier calme (appréciable pour nos fins de journées) mais donc loin des centres d’intérêts, prévoir de marcher beaucoup ou un budget transport local vaporetto .

A simplicidade e facilidade até mesmo para deixar os sacos antes do tempo
Os colchões não são muito confortáveis, apesar de ter só passado uma noite o descanso não foi dos melhores e mesmo o sofá cama também não é nada confortável!

Quiet neighbourhood, a little away from the main areas. Log way to walk (with luggages) from St. Lucia train station
We had a small issue with one of the heaitng systems in the bathroom; it was however quickly fixed ny the host in few hours.
