Close to the trainstation (10 minute walk) and not far from the city center (20 minute). Enough room for a longer stay or an entire family. Fully equipped kitchen.
Some marks of humidity on the walls close to the windows and the bathroom sink (mentioned to the owner and they will take care of the drainage).

Excellent property in Venice!!!! Fantastic location in a more local area away from the busy tourist areas. Property itself was spotless clean, super comfy bed, really spacious and the outside terraces were fab in the heat to chill out between exploring Venice. Hosts were very helpful before, during and after we stayed! Would absolutely recommend and come back

Big terrace ,
Quite location
Near railway station
It has been decorated at the end of the 90ties and that was it …
The shower is one step up and extremely small… so don’t fall when you want to get out !
Airco only in the living room at a strange place
Shutters on the outside will one day fall down
Doors to the terraces don’t close to keep the cooler air in… do you need to find a rope or something
I asked for an invoice 4 weeks later when we come home after our trip around Italy … I was to late according the “ service employee “
