Die Kommunikation mit Giorgia hat sehr gut funktioniert, wir konnten sogar schon früher einchecken. Das war super, weil wir über Nacht gereist sind.
Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet, auch die zwei Etagen haben uns gefallen. Es ist sehr ruhig dort, so dass man nach einem Tag in der Stadt entspannen kann. Wir haben auch gut geschlafen. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist perfekt, weil dort alle Buslinien abfahren. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke Giorgia.
Es war alles prima. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great Location. Apartment is easily reachable by walk from Venezia Santa Lucia station. It's a fantastic apartment with all essential facilities. Nice heating, fully functional kitchen with necessary utensils, Dishwasher, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Washing Machine, Hair dryer, etc. We would love to stay here again if we visit venice in the future!
Nothing in specific. It's a great apartment. Maybe one nice-to-have for guests: print a manual about how to use those remote controls to open/close the roof windows and keep it for Guest's quick reference! We are from Germany, it took some time for us to understand it... lol!

Location was near the main train station and near grande canal.
Good kitchen.
Downstairs bathroom was a good size.
Heating was controlled by management.
Upstairs shower could use an update. Has a shower curtain.
Downstairs shower in bath.
