Close to everything in Venice shops supermarket transport and also very quiet

No tea towel supplied shower was always switching between hot and cold not a nice experience when washing hair

We have just completed a 3 night stay at this property. It was everything we hoped for. It’s located is an easy walking distance to everything, including the station. None of those nasty bridges to cross dragging a suitcase. I loved my 2 minute walk each morning to the local bakery for coffee & croissant. The apartment was clean and bright. It had everything we needed and the welcome staff were amazing. We really appreciated the message to see if everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely look at staying here again if I am lucky enough to return to Venice.

The only thing I didn’t like about the apartment was that we only had 3 days there!

Cleanliness, location closed to train station, and water bus. Washing machine in the unit was a plus.

Come segnalato agli operatori e alla chat di booking, purtroppo la pulizia dell'appartamento ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Polvere e capelli un po' ovunque, thè nella teiera da chissà quanto tempo, sangue e aloni gialli sulle coperte e due letti singoli al posto di quello matrimoniale richiesto con la prenotazione. È stato trovato anche un anello sotto la poltrona a testimoniare la scarsa pulizia. Inoltre l'assistenza durante il soggiorno è stata pressoché inesistente e i continui messaggi automatici tramite booking non fanno altro che infastidire. I 110 euro necessari per la pulizia sarebbero da restituire
